We have just been awarded GOLD for the 2008 Taste of the West Awards

We were shortlisted by Green Tourism Business Scheme as one of the best performers in the UK for 2008.

Our results were as follows:

Unfortunately we were not selected as the overall winner but are still very proud of our achievements.

We now have 4 new additions to our family. These Tamworth pigs are now enjoying a wonderful life roaming around the field in front of the house, sunbathing and enjoying the sea view!

They love it when guests bring back "tit-bits" for them to eat. The ones pictured by the gate are Cornish lop/Saddleback crosses, very friendly and about six months old when the picture was taken.

We will not tell them that the tables will soon be reversed and we will be enjoying them as delicious sausages.
