Breakfast in Paradise...
Is truly a unique experience. We have always been complimented on our tasty food. We endeavour to use fresh produce as the season allows for our mouth-watering Menu.
Enjoy your breakfast, on your own individual table in our sunny and airy conservatory, making the most of our spectacular sea views. If you prefer, we can serve your breakfast on the patio alongside the conservatory. Your breakfast order is taken (at your lesiure) in the morning, so no need to decide the night before. Download our breakfast menu (.pdf) by clicking here.
A typical Trerosewill breakfast might be: prunes, grapefruit segments, apricots, homemade fresh fruit salad, homemade natural yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, locally produced apple juice, homemade luxury muesli, choice of cereals or porridge (oats cooked in milk)...
Followed by a Full Cornish Breakfast of bacon, fried egg, hogs pudding (a type of old fashioned Cornish sausage), sausage (sometimes made from our own pork), cherry vine tomatoes and mushrooms...
Or our own, home produced, organically fed free range eggs – scrambled, poached, boiled or fried – perhaps with smoked salmon for that extra touch of luxury...
Some of our guests opt for our delicious Cornish pancakes with maple syrup...
Vegetarian option- Selection of cornish cheese, our own free range eggs (cooked to your liking), baked beans, cherry vine tomatoes or mushrooms on toast...or vegetarian sausages.
Bread can be white or granary (home-made, naturally, like our freshly baked breakfast rolls and our wonderful orange marmalade and strawberry jam) - delicious toasted. Or you can choose croissants, of course...
For our Continental guests a selection of cheese is available. Ham and salami can also be provided, but might need 24 hours notice.
A choice of teas (Decaffeinated, Earl Grey, Assam, Darjeeling, Green Tea, Traditional Breakfast, Fair Trade or Herbal) or coffee – ground (decaffeinated if required), or you might prefer hot chocolate, milk or our own spring water.
But if you want something not listed please ask and if we can provide it, we will!
A friendly, casual atmosphere is encouraged.
Packed lunches are available on request at nominal charge. Special diets are also catered for. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We also serve delicious, home-made “proper Cornish” cream teas and are happy to recommend local restaurants for your evening meals....
