230 miles from London, 216 from Birmingham, 136 from Bristol and 172 from Southampton Directions: BY CAR - Bocastle is easily reached from the Motorway system which connects from Wales, the Midlands and the South East. Take the M5 as far as Exeter and then the A30 from Exeter through to Launceston. From Launceston take the A395 (signposted North Cornwall) and then the A39 from which Boscastle is clearly marked. (Alternatively you can leave the M5 at Jct 27, south of Bristol, and follow the North Devon Link Road via Barnstaple, Bideford and then south from Bude on the A39. From the A39 take the B3263. On entering Boscastle, at the junction with the B3266, follow the road uphill which is signposted "Tintagel". After two tenths of a mile take the first turning LEFT, then after a further 10 yards you will see our Bed and Breakfast sign. We are 75 yards up the tarmac lane in front of you. Click here for enlarged maps. BY TRAIN - The nearest station is Bodmin Parkway approximately 25 miles away. It is also possible to stop at Exeter approximately 50 miles away. Public transport can get you to Boscastle, but you might like to phone us for timetable details. BY AIR - There are regular flights into Newquay, 30 miles away, from London. It would be necessary to either take a taxi from there to Boscastle or alternatively we could collect and deliver you from/to the Airport for a small fee. Details are available if you phone us.
