Please note: because we are trying to reduce our carbon footprint and run a greener business by cutting down on our energy, water and chemical usage, our minimum stay is two nights (three nights during school holidays and peak demand periods) unless we have a one or two night gap, or it is low season.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be open for Bed & Breakfast until 25th March 2010.
We are open for Self-Catering all year.
