Hot Tub? Yet another great luxury we’ve installed at Trerosewill Farmhouse... It’s already proving a popular way to wind down at the end of the day. With our breathtaking panoramic view spread out before you, you can watch the sun set, or see the stars come out (we get “proper” dark here!), add some champagne. What could be nicer? And in case you need extra persuasion, the tub offers these super health benefits: Rest & Relaxation – The National Sleep Foundation recommend “relaxing in a hot tub to help if you have problems sleeping” www.sleepfoundation.org. Medical experts recommend anyone wanting to induce sleep to soak in water, at approximately 39ºC, about two hours before bedtime. It is widely recognised that a benefit of warm water and soothing massage is to relieve anxiety and relax tense muscles. Health – The hydrotherapy massage and warm water eases pain and relaxes muscles – ideal for painful arthritic joints or tired muscles after a long walk! The heat and pressure from the jets can also raise the level of antibodies and white blood cells, promoting the destruction of toxins and stimulating the formation of new tissue. Type 2 diabetes can also be helped by a soak in the Hot Tub. A 30 minute session lowers blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
